Return and Refund

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery (UK, EU, & US customers).
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.

No-Returns Policy for Sale Items

All items purchased during sales, promotions, flash sales, clearance events, or marked as FINAL SALE are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Discounted items
  • Clearance stock
  • Promotional bundles
  • Coupon-applied purchases

8. UK Consumer Cancellation Rights

For UK customers, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Returned items must be in resale condition.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In most cases a third-party supplier will be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on order over $75.

Shipping Fees

We also offer shipping at the following rates: Economy - 4.90, Economy - 19.90, Standard - 6.90, Standard - 9.90

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
